Asti is a communication expert with over 20 years of experience leading a wide range of clients from international organizations, government agencies, national and multinational companies, donors, think-tank organizations, NGOs, and social movement initiatives. Over the past ten years, she has specialized her expertise to deep dive into communication for the development sector, exposing her to multidimensional health, education, climate change, gender equality, and other sustainable development goals-related issues. As the leader of various projects, Asti became the clients’ partner in ensuring the project’s relevance to current affairs by strengthening communication to contribute beyond the usual practice to meet the project objectives and vision.

Asti has been involved in different communication skills, including but not limited to behavior change communication, risk communication, change management, and research communication. As the co-founder of ID COMM, Asti oversees strategic projects, maintaining the quality of service deliveries, team development, project management, and continuous organizational development and reputation building.

Some of her high-profile projects include the acceleration of the reduction of stunting prevention at the national and subnational level (World Bank and Ministry of Health), sustainable palm oil initiatives (UNDP, IPOP), influencing gender norms campaign (Ausaid), promoting risk communication to support COVID mitigation (DFAT, USAID), maintaining climate change narrative (DDA, Ford Foundation), enforcing green investments initiatives (YIDH), supporting the discourse of adaptive social protection (UNICEF), and many more. From 2014 to 2015, Asti served as the communication team to the Office of the Special Envoy of Millenium Development Goals of the Republic of Indonesia (OSE MDGs) and the Agency of Reduction Emission from Deforestation and Land Degradation (REDD+). Asti also supports strategic counseling for crucial government and corporate institutions, namely KPK, LPEI, and Standard Chartered Bank. She leads various social and communication research, designing the methodology, developing research tools, and analyzing reports.

Asti is a Certified Public Relations Practitioner (CPR) issued by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). Asti also holds a certificate of Strategic Issues Management certificate from the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore and a certificate of Managing Information from the University of Cambridge.
