Robert is an Associate in the public affairs pillar, specializing in clients from sustainability, human rights, and public policy segments, serving primarily as the knowledge manager behind the pillar’s brainstorming and editorial processes.

At ID COMM, Robert has been involved with numerous public affair-related campaigns with clients, namely The World Bank (Gender & Stunting campaigns), Indonesia Global Compact Network (IGCN), UNICEF, Development Dialogue Asia (DDA), and the Vaccine Access and Health Security Initiative – Australia-Indonesia Health Security Partnership (VAHSI-AIHSP), Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (LTKL), Tri Hita Karana Forum, United Nations Global Pulse Asia Pacific, Ford Foundation, and Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI).

Robert previously worked as a contributor for Xinhua News Agency, writing feature & industry roundup articles relating to Indonesia and daily articles about breaking news in the country, such as COVID-19, the Papuan conflict, natural disasters, and the economy. Furthermore, Robert also worked as a writer for Forbes Indonesia magazine, writing company profile articles and conducting exclusive interviews with Indonesian-based CEOs and startup founders. Before holding a position at Forbes Indonesia, Robert started his journalism career as a journalist for The Jakarta Post, where he wrote over 150 articles for the national, metropolitan, and business desks, covering topics namely the presidential election, cultural events, fintech, corporations, and many other domestic affairs. Before writing for The Jakarta Post, Robert worked as an Associate Credit Analyst at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.
