As an Associate at ID COMM’s Public Affairs team, Esa is part of various communication initiatives, such as organizing media briefings, preparing media kits, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Since joining ID COMM, he has handled notable clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, JTEKT Bearings, World Bank (stunting campaign), Development Dialogue Asia (DDA), Indonesia Global Compact Network (IGCN), Ford Foundation, INOVASI, Kemenag EMIS, and Pfizer Indonesia.

Previously, Esa was an associate for ENERGI Bogor, a think tank focused on social and environmental issues, where he worked on studies and advocacy alongside the Bogor government on the Neutralization of Ciliwung River Policy Programme and drafted policies to address drawbacks related to People with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS).
