The Challenge

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced all stakeholders in the insurance industries to keep abreast of rapid technological advances, including PT MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia (MSIG Life), that held its first Public Expose virtually on September 30, 2020. Taken the theme “Expand to Grow”, the company shared its achievements throughout the year, and the company’s strategy for the next 5 years.

Public Expose is an important event where a public-listed company presents its business performance and future outlook to generate public exposures. Through the Public Expose LIVE 2020 event, investors and journalists in the capital market are hoped to get the most updated information regarding the company’s position.

Our Approach

ID COMM was trusted to support the corporation with media invitations and management, the production of media collaterals, spokespersons briefing documents, and Director’s speech. ID COMM also collaborated with various company’s divisions to set the preparation and to get the event running smoothly. Moreover, ID COMM consultant act as the host/moderator who led the session.

The Public Expose session was successfully conducted online, participated by a good number of investors and the national press whom raised substantial questions. News coverage regarding this important corporate action were published in top tier media such as Bisnis Indonesia, Warta Ekonomi and Kompas.com.
