AXA Financial Indonesia (AFI), a leading insurer that merged with AXA Life Indonesia, needed to boost public awareness after the merger. AFI aims to strengthen its market position by becoming a customer’s life partner and expanding its reach and product innovation.

Our Approach

Specifically, ID COMM was tasked with strategic media relations, which included, but were not limited to, press conferences, media briefings, interviews, site visits, dissemination of press releases, and management profiling to highlight AFI’s accomplishments and thought leadership.

The Result

Over the past five years, ID COMM’s strategic media relations have led to over 650 publications, a testament to the significant enhancement of AFI’s reputation and recognition. A notable example was a media briefing in May 2021, where we highlighted AFI’s business performance and product launches, such as AXA’s Critical Protector, AXA’s Link Protector, and AXA’s Attania Link Syariah. These efforts have not only increased public awareness but also positioned AFI as a leading insurer in the industry.
